Most parents I meet are tired, stretched thin, and wondering if they’re doing something wrong.
They’re doing their best, but big emotions, meltdowns and constant battles can make even the most loving parent feel overwhelmed.

I get it. I grew up with ADHD myself, and I know what dysregulation feels like from the inside out - the panic, the overwhelm, the “why can’t I just calm down?” loop. I also know what it’s like to watch someone you love struggle and not know how to help.

That’s why I do this work.

I’ve helped numerous neurodivergent children and their families move from chaos to calm using playful, ADHD-friendly tools that actually work in real homes (not just in theory). Kids as young as five come in anxious and dysregulated and after a few sessions, they’re using calming tools on their own. Parents tell me bedtime feels softer, meltdowns are shorter and their kids actually want to come back.

My approach blends breathwork, playful regulation tools, creative exercises, connection and humour. No shame, no judgement, no “fixing.” Just simple, practical tools that help your child feel safe, empowered, and more in control of their busy brain - and help you feel like the calm, present parent you want to be.

About Steve – your Breathwork and Mindfulness Coach

I’m a certified mindfulness coach and breathwork facilitator who has experienced firsthand how these practices can ease ADHD symptoms and unlock creativity.

With a background in acting, improv and stand-up, I’ve performed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, developed pilots for BBC3, Channel 4 and BBC Radio 4, and picked up awards for my short films along the way.

Now, I’m passionate about helping fellow ADHDers and anyone with a busy mind, feel calmer, more focused, so that thy have the tools to unlock their full potential.
