About Steve – your Breathwork and Mindfulness Coach
I’m a certified mindfulness coach and breathwork facilitator who has experienced firsthand how these practices can ease ADHD symptoms and unlock creativity.
With a background in acting, improv and stand-up, I’ve performed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, developed pilots for BBC3, Channel 4 and BBC Radio 4, and picked up awards for my short films along the way.
Now, I’m passionate about helping fellow ADHDers and anyone with a busy mind, feel calmer, more focused, so that thy have the tools to unlock their full potential.
