Meet your host

Steve is a certified mindfulness coach and breathwork facilitator who has personally experienced the transformative power of breathwork.

Living with ADHD, he found that these practices helped him feel calmer, more focused and more in tune with his creativity.

When he’s not leading breathwork sessions, Steve is also a comedy writer and performer, which means his sessions are anything but dull. He brings a light-hearted and engaging approach to his workshops, making deep inner work feel accessible - even for sceptics.

Steve has guided breathwork sessions for companies like Netflix and X+Why co-working spaces, as well as for individuals looking to manage stress, sharpen their focus and reconnect with themselves.

At this retreat, Steve will lead you through impactful breathwork sessions designed to help you quieten the mental chatter, reconnect with your intuition and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Portugal’s stunning coastline, our retreat takes place in a beautiful private villa surrounded by nature, yet only one hour from Lisbon. With 3,000 sqm of lush gardens, you’ll find plenty of space to unwind - whether that’s lounging in a hammock under the fruit trees, taking a dip in the saltwater pool, or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings.

Beyond the villa, a charming village is just a short walk away, and scenic countryside trails lead to Lourinhã, a traditional Portuguese town just 40 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is a 10-minute drive, offering golden sands and Atlantic waves - perfect for surfing and sea air.
